- Updated DiggysMobs to 1.3.0 (was 1.2.9b); Various code enhancements and tweaks, a few changes in preparation for future mobs.

One change that I know a few players will find useful is that the Ectoplasm Block now causes movement slowdown as well as weakness, making for much better mob traps!
Just to confirm, this update to DiggysMobs doesn't add any new mobs but does include changes to make adding upcoming ones a lot easier!
